    Jude Tadeo Odaro Mr. Odaro posesses a wealth of practical experience in development work. He coordinates the implementation of UDN internal and external demand driven capacity building needs of stakeholders to implement participatory development approaches using Community Based Monitoring and Evaluation System and (Availability, Accessibility, Affordability & Quality) AAAQ framework, budget literacy, policy analysis, research, advocacy, organizational strengthening, capacity building and coordinates various activities with diverse CBOs, CSOs, government agencies and development partners at local and national level.

    He is driven by the value of excellence and being the model that he can be in “doing what you can, with what you have, where you are”. Mr. Odaro holds a Master’s Degree in Development Studies from Uganda Martyrs University Nkozi, a Post graduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation from Uganda Management Institute; a Bachelor's Degree in Development Studies from Makerere University and a Diploma in Education.
