The UDN Board is the policy-making organ of the network and is elected every three years. It works closely with the secretariat to develop strategies for effective implementation of the programmes and activities contained in the Strategic Advocacy Plan. It holds scheuled meetings every two months to review reports and formulate new policies for the smooth running of the Secretariat.
